 This position encompasses all aspects of medical Front Office and includes, but is not limited to, check-in, check-out, answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting payments, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and processing requests for medical records.


Minimum TWO years’ experience in a front line capacity (medical or non-medical), in the area of customer service, receptionist, administrative assistant, personal assistant, or sales and account executive from any field. A proven track record in medical, executive or luxury sales would be considered a PLUS.  

Outstanding telephone manner - Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Would enjoy presenting key selling points, features, and benefits and advantages, while focusing message on customer needs and expectations.  

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely. Is a self-starter, articulate, a quick thinker, and confident. 

Is team-oriented and works collaboratively with all levels of personnel to achieve team goals. 

Have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

Excellent administrative and organizational skills in an assisting capacity. 

Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job. 

Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a BIG PLUS!
