Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique, a luxury medical spa in Houston, Texas is looking for its next Spa Manager. We are seeking an energetic, sales-savvy, performance driven, experienced business manager professional with the determination and focus to continue our success. This is a hands-on, people driven, and business growth results position. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation and high goal orientation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on sales leader, with exceptional people skills. The Spa Manager provides cutting edge advice, makes strategic and operational decisions for the department with regards to treatments and philosophies, will share our passion for excellence and will be enthusiastic about meeting company goals. The Spa Manager will be a member of a dynamic team who provides unparalleled experience to our Spa guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Qualifications

•The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency

•A minimum 5 years management experience in spa, retail, hospitality, wellness, airport or beauty industry

•Strong organizational qualities and confidence, with sound communication and customer service skills

•Previous experience in recruiting, training and motivating commission based staff members

•Proven ability to foster a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie while achieving business goals

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience

•A proven track record for meeting and/or exceeding given sales goals

•A strong work ethic and self-motivation to work independently and creatively

•Strong team building experience and a true passion for working within a team

•Strong communication skills, both orally and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and guests

•Ability to work weekends and holidays as required and work between 40-45 hours per week, or more as needed/required by business needs

Responsibilities

•Create and maintain an engaged and motivated spa team

•They oversee the day-to-day activities of our spa to ensure our customers are consistently treated to an impeccable customer service experience, and that the operations run smoothly, efficiently and profitably

•Exhibit strong understanding and control over spa profitability and expense control

•Provide constructive feedback and coaching to spa staff

•Develop strong working relationships across all departments of the spa as an advocate for the spa location

•Strong understanding of retail buying for spa as well as monthly retail inventory maintenance

•Provide best in class customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and excellent floor leadership skills-own and manage the sales floor:

•Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean spa environment

•Direct and supervise employees engaged in delivering best in class services for our customers

•Achieve financial objectives by monitoring annual budget; analyzing variances, maximize results in the area of sales, merchandising and operations

•Interview, select and on-board talent for your team

•Keep employees motivated and working as a team, making sure each member of their staff understands company policies and guidelines

•Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining appropriate inventory levels

•Other duties as assigned
